Years ago, in light of a food allergy diagnosis, I began a soy-free recipe blog. There was a need for it at the time, given that nearly all processed foods contained soy. The food market has now caught up with the allergy times and us soy-freers are finding ourselves much less limited (and much more well-fed!). All that considered, my once hip (personal opinion) blog became a bit antiquated. Since then, I have significantly broadened my recipe box as well as my life. I’m now a wife, a new mom, and closing in on a decade of teaching and city-living. Life has been good to me and I’m grateful to be in place where I can now prioritize an old love- blogging. I hope this site offers you a new meal idea and a bit of unsolicited advice from time to time. Perhaps it can even be the push you need to revisit one of your former passions. If nothing else, it can be a pit stop in the rabbit hole of internet surfing.
