INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. almond milk any milk will suffice - I opt for dairy-free
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 c. fresh raspberries
  • shaker of equal parts sugar and cinnamon topping
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  3. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Stir.

  4. Add oil, egg, milk. Whisk. 

  5. Fold in berries.

  6. Fill pan.

  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture on top.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
